Highlands

Named one of the best neighborhoods in the country, the Highlands is one of the oldest and trendiest neighborhoods. The neighborhood possesses some of the most cultural and historical architecture paired with massive modern construction. The Highlands have become a destination for the business professional desiring upscale luxury condos and lofts. Hip shops, fusion restaurants and speakeasies, make the commercial district a fun place on weekends and lively spot to grab a drink after hours.

Tennyson

Tennyson Street has become a shopping and cultural hot spot in Northwest Denver due to its abundant independent book stores, coffee shops, organic food stores and the Oriental Theater, a popular spot to take in a movie, theater performance or live music. Tennyson Street also hosts the First Friday Art Walk where residents explore the businesses and art galleries in the neighborhood. Nearby Berkeley has an exciting mix of architecture and real estate options, from brick bungalows and old Victorians to newly constructed duplexes and town homes.

Wash Park

Washington Park has become one of the most popular neighborhoods in Denver because of its central location and closeness to the park and many businesses. The park itself is over a hundred years old and used for jogging, and many outdoor activities. The residential part of “Wash Park” hosts some of the oldest homes in the city with twentieth century and late nineteenth century Victorians. New luxury homes and duplexes have been popping up, creating a great balance of old and new in this family neighborhood.

Sloan's Lake

Sloan’s Lake is the second biggest park in the Mile High City and the city’s most beautiful lake. With views of both downtown skyscrapers to the east and The Rocky Mountains to the west, Sloan’s Lake is a one-of-a-kind park in Denver that has become an inner-city escape to appreciate not only the views but also the openness and peacefulness of the surrounding water. From cottages that date back to the 1920s to modern revamped and rebuilt upscale houses and apartments. Sloan’s Lake is right across the street from the Highlands neighborhood and with the popular Berkeley district nearby, fine dining and great shopping are just around the corner.

Platt Park

Just south of downtown Denver, The Old South Pearl Shopping District is a nine block strip of specialty stores making it one of the most popular and distinctly historical shopping districts in the city of Denver. Tree-lined blocks with old Victorian homes show the neighborhood’s charm. Home to some of the best festivals in the city, the neighborhood also features a very popular Farmers Market on Sundays from June through October.

Cherry Creek

Cherry Creek is one of Denver’s most well known and elegant neighborhoods. In between two of the biggest shopping centers, Cherry Creek features some of the best restaurants and shopping in the metro area. The neighborhood is known for its creek that runs through the south side with hiking/biking trails used by many of its residents. Lined trees, colorful gardens, and old Victorian architecture make this area nothing short of desirable. Cherry Creek features some of the most sought after luxury homes, highly ranked school systems, and large surrounding parks.
